Step One: Inflate the balloons

If you're feeling adventurous, you can use a hand pump, an electric pump, or even your lungs. Once all your balloons are inflated, tie the end with a knot so the air stays inside. Make sure you have enough balloons to fill up your arch. You can use different colors and sizes to create a unique look. When you’re finished, you’ll have a collection of beautiful balloons ready to be used in your latex balloon arch!

Step Two: Attach the balloons to the frame

Once you have filled in all of the gaps with the additional balloons, Fill in the gaps with more balloons, if going for an organic look try sizing balloons at different diameters, 5", 16", 8", and so forth until you reach your desired effect
