Step One: Inflate the balloons

Inflating the balloons for your balloon arch is an important first step, and it's easy to do! Start by inflating all the balloons you will need for your project. If you're feeling adventurous, you can use a hand pump, an electric pump, or even your lungs. Fun fact: Latex balloons are biodegradable, so you don't have to worry about disposing of them after your event is over.
Once all your balloons are inflated, tie the end with a knot so the air stays inside. Make sure you have enough balloons to fill up your arch. You can use different colors and sizes to create a unique look. When you’re finished, you’ll have a collection of beautiful balloons ready to be used in your latex balloon arch!

Step Two: Attach the balloons to the frame

Once twisted together, use one hand to lock the pairs of balloons together at the base. Do this until you have several "quads" attached to your stand. To make sure they stay secure, you can use a bit of tape or glue. Once you have filled in all of the gaps with the additional balloons, Fill in the gaps with more balloons, if going for an organic look try sizing balloons at different diameters, 5", 16", 8", and so forth until you reach your desired effect
