Is professional setup included in the starting price?

The birthday product pages offer “Setup Yourself” and “Setup By One Up.” The lowest displayed price is the DIY option. Select professional setup to see its price. Delivery charges are calculated separately at checkout.

Can I choose a message or different colours?

Tell us the wording and colours you have in mind, whether it’s an anniversary, romantic surprise or proposal. We’ll confirm the available options and any price changes before booking.

Can the room be ready before we arrive?

Share your preferred reveal time, hotel and date. We’ll review setup availability and room access with you. The setup time must be agreed before your booking is confirmed.
