Delivery Details
One Up Party provides local, last-mile delivery. Available delivery options and fees are shown at checkout.
Same-Day Delivery
- Order Cut-Off: Place your order by 2 PM for same-day delivery.
- Delivery Windows: Choose 10 AM–1 PM or 1 PM–4 PM at checkout.
- Courier Service: We work with trusted last-mile delivery partners to deliver your order safely.
- Call-Ahead: Your driver will normally call or text approximately 15–30 minutes before arrival.
Condos, Apartments and Secure Buildings
For safety and scheduling reasons, drivers do not enter residential buildings. Please meet the driver at the curb, lobby entrance or concierge desk.
If you are unavailable, you may authorize the driver to:
- Secure the balloon bags at your door; or
- Leave the order with lobby or concierge staff, where building policy allows.
Please provide clear delivery instructions and ensure the recipient or an authorized person is available during the selected delivery window.
Cancellations
Cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours of placing your order.
Orders that have already entered preparation or have been assigned or dispatched to a courier cannot be cancelled, even when the request is made within 24 hours. Same-day orders may begin preparation immediately.
To request a cancellation, visit our Contact Us page and include your order number.
Refunds and cancellations are not available after 24 hours from the time the order was placed.
Incorrect Delivery Address
If you entered an incorrect delivery address, visit our Contact Us page as soon as possible. Include your order number and the correct delivery address.
Address changes can only be made before the order has been assigned or dispatched to a courier.
If an incorrect or incomplete address causes a failed delivery, the customer is responsible for any additional redelivery fees.
