Yes in most service areas. Order from the nearest city page and choose a delivery window at checkout: Vancouver, Edmonton, Calgary, Toronto.

At checkout, pick an available window such as late morning or afternoon. Large décor installs may be scheduled outside regular windows; we will confirm by phone.

We will call on arrival. If unreachable, we may leave balloons at a safe, covered spot or with a concierge/neighbour and send photo proof. For secured buildings, provide buzzer and unit to avoid returns. Re-delivery is not available due to helium float life.

Yes, add venue details and contact name at checkout. For hotels, include the guest name and confirmation if possible.

Some hospitals restrict latex or balloons entirely. Please check the unit policy first. If restricted, consider sending flowers or cake instead.

Standard 11″ latex typically float 12–24 hours indoors. Foil numbers and shapes often last several days. Heat, cold, sun and drafts reduce float time. See our guides: Latex size & float time and Foil size guide.

Tip: Keep balloons indoors at room temperature and away from sharp edges and direct sunlight.

Extreme heat expands gas and can pop balloons. Cold air shrinks gas and makes balloons sag until they warm up again. Transport in a climate-controlled vehicle and bring them indoors promptly.

We deliver ready-to-enjoy bouquets and large installs. For DIY filling, we recommend ordering pre-inflated balloons for best results and longevity.

Yes, contact us with your order number. We can usually adjust colours, delivery notes or card messages if the order has not been prepared.

If production or delivery has not started, we may be able to pause or convert to store credit. Helium balloons are made fresh for your exact window; once in progress, cancellations are not available.

We take care with transport and provide photo proof at drop-off. If something looks off on arrival, please use our Contact Us page with your order number and clear photos. We will make it right quickly.

Select non-helium items may be shipped from our Canadian facilities with tracking. Delivery balloons are fulfilled locally in each city for speed and freshness.
