Can I bring my own balloons or foil balloons
Yes. We happily fill both latex and foil you bring in. Ribbon is included. For non One Up balloons if a balloon fails during inflation the helium used remains billable.
Do you replace balloons that pop
If you purchase One Up Balloons in store and one pops during our inflation we replace it in store at no cost.
How long will my balloons float
Foils typically float longer than latex. Float time depends on size, temperature, humidity, and handling. Keep balloons indoors away from heat vents and sharp edges for best results.
Do you supply balloon weights
Yes. Balloon weights are available at checkout. Ask our team for the right weight for your bouquet size.
Do I need to book ahead
Walk ins are welcome for most fills. For large orders please call ahead so we can prepare.
