Shipping Cut-Off Times:
Paid Shipping: Orders typically go out within 1-2 business days, Monday-Friday (during business hours- 10:00AM-4:00PM PST). All orders must be placed by 2 PM (PST), Monday-Friday, to qualify for same day shipping. Processing and shipping times may vary due to the volume of business or unexpected closures or outages. Please give us 1-2 business days to process your order within our facility. Orders placed after 2 PM (PST), Monday-Thursday, will be processed the following day. Orders placed after 2 PM (PST) on Friday will be processed the following Monday. This cut off time includes all forms of paid shipping. Orders including UPS & Canada Post, Next Day Air, and 2nd Day Air placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following Monday as we are closed on the weekends unless we are closed for a Holiday. All Holiday closures will be posted to our website prior to the closure.
Free Shipping: Ships via lowest cost and takes 3-5 business days (Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-4:00PM) for processing within our facility. The 3-5 business day processing time does not include the estimated shipping time. Free Shipping orders take longer to process, we suggest that you pay for shipping if you are on a deadline. Free Shipping orders may go out faster than the 3-5 business days when our volume of business is low, but please always assume it will take 3-5 business days plus the estimated shipping time. If you place a Free Shipping order and you realize you need the order faster you can call our facility and request to upgrade your shipping, we will then charge you for shipping and the order will go out that day.
One Up uses the UPS and Canada Post services, we are not affiliated with either company nor do we have control over the way they run. We can not anticipate or prevent delays, lost packages, damaged packages, closures or any unexpected issues within the UPS or Air-Canada companies or take financial responsibility for any issues arising at the fault of either service.
Once an order (package) leaves our facility and is picked up by the carrier it is out of our control. If a package is delayed due to the carrier and not our company, you will need to file a claim with the shipping carrier for a refund on the shipping fees/package. When a package shows to be delivered at the customer's address, but they can not find the package you will need to file a claim through the shipping carrier, once the package leaves our facility we have no control over delayed, lost or stolen packages. If the package arrives after your event due to a delay and you selected a guaranteed service, please refuse the package and request to have it "Returned to sender". Once we receive the order a refund will be issued back to the original payment method.
U.S orders will be shipped via FedEx, USPS or DHL Express and International Orders will be shipped depending on the fulfillment center the product is from.

Please note, there are no refunds or cancellations 24 hours after your order was placed.
Email us within 24 hours of placing your order and we will be happy to make cancellation. If your order has already been shipped we will not be able to cancel it.
If you have provided wrong shipping information, simply reply to your order confirmation email and give us the correct information. Notify us immediately via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. If the address is wrong, we can correct this within 24 hours.
If 24 hours has passed and your order has been shipped to the incorrect address you provided, customers will be responsible for the reshipment cost.
Do you ship worldwide & how much does shipping cost?
CUSTOMS IMPORT DUTY:
International orders are subject to the receiving country’s import fees, duty, taxes and/or brokerage fees.
These funds are neither paid to One Up nor are they set by One Up rather they are paid to and set by your home country’s government as per import/export regulations and charged by your local postal carrier.
Funds are due upon receipt in accordance with your local import and postal regulations.
We are not responsible for any duty/import/taxes/customs/etc. charges you may incur.
Packages are marked with the value of the item as paid by the customer in legal accordance with international postal regulations.
We do not mark packages as a gift.
To falsify the amounts paid or the contents of the package on customs forms could lead to hefty fines that our business would not be able to handle.
