We deliver between 10AM - 1PM & 1PM - 4PM, Everyday. Selections available at checkout. You will receive a tracking link via SMS/Email on the day of Delivery, if you input a valid phone or email during check-out.

IMPORTANT:

To avoid failed deliveries and theft, please confirm the following:

  1. Address Line: input your unit number and buzz number
  2. Delivery Instructions: input your buzzer number and other specific requests, such as leaving the shipment at a common area, and the correct phone number.

Your items will NOT be delivered should we not have 1 of the 2 following pieces of information listed above. Furthermore If you are not available for this delivery we will leave your items at the location of delivery address and if not possible due to safety issues, the driver will leave your items back at our store location. Please note that we are not liable for unforeseen losses in this case.

If you have a delivery and would like to reschedule or cancel, we require 48 hours notice, please email us with the subject title [ONE UP - URGENT DELIVERY ISSUE] or call our store during regular business hours at (+1 833-663-8784) for immediate assistance.
