TIPS & TRICKS
Purchase or ask for hi-float when inflating your balloon, this acts as a sealant inside of the balloon and keeps helium from escaping, making your balloon float for longer. If you are having your balloon inflated at a local party store, simply ask them to add hi-float.

Have your balloon inflated fully (36 inches), this allows your balloon to hold more helium and will keep it floating longer.

36" Latex Balloons typical floating time for fully inflated balloons is 3-5 days and 2 weeks with hi-float. We advise inflating your balloon as close to your event as possible.

    Pickup orders for Helium balloons & In-store items are processed Monday- Sunday, During regular business hours of operations.

    Delivery orders for Helium balloons & In-store items are processed Monday- Sunday, During regular business hours of operations.

    Shipping orders placed Saturday/Sunday will be processed the following Monday, including Next Day Air and 2nd Day Air. Pickup orders will be processed the following Tuesday.

    Shipping Cut-Off Times

    Please allow up to 24 hours for your order to ship. We strive to complete all orders quickly and efficiently.

    Shipping orders placed after 2:00 PM (PST) Monday-Friday will be processed the next business day depending on the volume of orders.
