Shipping Cut-Off Times
Shipping orders placed Saturday/Sunday will be processed the following Monday, including Next Day Air and 2nd Day Air.
Please allow up to 24 hours for your order to ship. We strive to complete all orders quickly and efficiently.
Shipping orders placed after 2:00 PM (PST) Monday-Friday will be processed the next business day depending on the volume of orders.

Pickup orders for Helium balloons & In-store items are processed Monday- Sunday, During regular business hours of operations.

We deliver between 10AM - 1PM & 1PM - 4PM, Everyday. Selections available at checkout. You will receive a tracking link via SMS/Email on the day of Delivery, if you input a valid phone or email during check-out.
IMPORTANT:
To avoid failed deliveries and theft, please confirm the following:
- Address Line 2: input your unit number
- Delivery Instructions: input your buzzer and other specific requests, such as leaving the shipment at a common area.
Your items will NOT be delivered should we not have 1 of the 2 following pieces of information, and will be tried again on a second delivery attempt. We offer 2 delivery attempts on the same delivery day. If you are not available for this second delivery attempt, the driver will leave your items outside the main door of your building. Please note that we are not liable for unforeseen losses in this case.
If you have a delivery and would like to reschedule or cancel, we require 48 hours notice, please email us with the subject title [ONE UP - URGENT DELIVERY ISSUE] or call our store during regular business hours at (236-868-1918) for immediate assistance. All purchases are non-refundable after the 48 hour deadline.
