Unfortunately the delivery driver (Uber?) delivered the wrong item to the correct address and I was unaware of the mistake for 3 days. Fortunately when I informed One Up Party, they quickly rectified the problem with no cost to me. They were very friendly and easy to deal with when I call them to explain what happened. My brother in law was very happy with his balloon bouquet. I would recommend them as an honourable and trustworthy company to anyone.

There work is excellent and they says the helium balloons will stay 2-3 day, but I can say they’re staying almost one week and still perfect🎈👍🏽 Thank you
